Niagara Regional Housing’s Board of Directors has elected its Executive Committee for the year. At its January 16 meeting, the board selected St. Catharines Mayor Mat Siscoe as Chair. Siscoe is serving his third term on the board and previously held the role of Chair in 2025, as well as Vice-Chair from 2023 to 2024.
Grimsby Mayor Jeff Jordan was elected Vice-Chair. He is serving his fourth term on the NRH board and previously served as Secretary from 2023 to 2025.
Fort Erie Regional Councillor Tom Insinna was named Secretary, marking his fourth term on the board. Insinna previously served as Secretary in 2022 and Treasurer in 2024. Welland Regional Councillor Leanna Villella was elected Treasurer. She is also in her fourth term and previously served as Vice-Chair from 2024 to 2025.
The Niagara Regional Housing Board is made up of five Regional Councillors and four Community Directors. Other board members include Community Directors Betty Ann Baker of Welland, David Mole and Betty Lou Souter of St. Catharines, Drew Toth of Niagara Falls, and Niagara-on-the-Lake Lord Mayor Gary Zalepa.
