A stolen truck investigation has uncovered what police say was a vehicle dismantling operation in West Lincoln.

NRPS officers responded to a rural property on Grimsby Road near Concession 7 on August 29th after a stolen pickup and trailer were tracked there.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at the scene. A search of the property later turned up two stolen Dodge Ram pickups, two dismantled trucks, a CAT backhoe and a large quantity of packaged car parts.

Police estimate the stolen property is worth about $174,000. Jason Neave of West Lincoln is facing four counts of possessing property obtained by crime over $5000 and was released with a future court date.
