Program available to homeowners and developers
The Township of West Lincoln is offering financial support to help create more affordable housing in the community.
Applications are now open for the Municipal Fee Grant program, which helps reduce the cost of eligible housing projects by covering certain planning and building fees.
The program is available to homeowners, landlords, non-profits and developers looking to add affordable rental units.
Township officials say the goal is to remove barriers and encourage more housing options for residents. Applications will be accepted until August 14th.
