A 56-year-old Welland man is facing multiple charges following an investigation involving three children under the age of 10.
Niagara Regional Police say the children were allegedly assaulted by a man known to their family, but not related to them.
Anthony Stephen Michael was arrested yesterday following an investigation by the NRPS Child Abuse Unit.
He faces 13 charges, including two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference with a person under 16. Michael remains in custody and is due in court today for a bail hearing.
Police are asking anyone who believes they may be a victim of Michael's to reach out.
