A Welland man is facing several charges after Niagara police say they seized more than 22 kilograms of cannabis during a traffic stop.
Officers stopped a 2010 Dodge Ram just before noon on Sunday near Crowland Avenue and Cady Street.
Police say they found 48 vacuum-sealed packages of suspected cannabis inside the truck, with an estimated street value of more than $100,000.
32-year-old Nicholas Barker remains in custody and is scheduled for a bail hearing Monday.
