Welland is making it easier to manage tax and water bills.
The city's new Virtual City Hall gives property owners 24-7 online access to their accounts, including billing history, balances and online credit card payments.
Residents who switch to e-billing will also be able to download their bills and will no longer receive paper copies by mail.
