The City of Welland has launched an enhanced floral display bed program, inviting residents, organizations, and businesses to celebrate milestone events and community contributions with vibrant seasonal flower beds.
For over 50 years, city staff have created floral displays that both beautify public spaces and recognize those shaping the community.
Manager of Parks, Forestry, and Cemeteries Dave Steven says the initiative connects beautification efforts with meaningful local celebrations.
Applications are open year-round, with a December 31 deadline for next season’s displays.
