With dangerously cold temperatures moving in, the City of Welland has activated warming centres.
Wind chills are expected to feel like minus 20 today and closer to minus 25 overnight and into Tuesday.
Centres open at noon today and remain available through Tuesday at the Welland Community Centre, LIV Communities Arena, and the Welland Public Library.
