Two charged after $83k of fentanyl found in Niagara Falls hotel room

Niagara police have seized more than 800 grams of suspected fentanyl and a handgun during a drug trafficking investigation in Niagara Falls. 

Officers with the Street Crime Unit searched a hotel room on Lundy’s Lane Tuesday, after arresting a male suspect on Main Street. 

Police say they seized about 833 grams of suspected fentanyl, valued at roughly $83,000, along with a loaded Glock 36 and six-thousand dollars in cash. 

30-year-old Antonio Iuliani and 34-year-old Ashley Lepera, both of no fixed address, are facing multiple firearms and drug trafficking charges.
