A pair of arrests have been made related to a Welland break-and-enter investigation.
Around midnight on June 26, two suspects broke into a business on River Road, stole a large amount of cigarettes and lottery tickets, then fled in a red Ford Escape.
With help from Hamilton Police Service, 41-year-old Nicholas Bilbijia was arrested September 2nd in Burlington, while the other, 45-year-old Brooke Byram, was taken into custody earlier in Hamilton.
Byram has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, while Bilbijia is charged with Break and Enter and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Niagara Regional Police.
