Two arrested after search of Thorold home finds drugs, gun and cash

Over 200g of suspected fentanyl among items seized

Niagara Regional Police have arrested two people in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.

On Tuesday, a home in Thorold was search, resulting in the seizure of over 200 grams of suspected fentanyl, nearly 20 grams of suspected crack-cocaine, nearly $30,000 and a Glock 19 handgun with four rounds of ammunition.

39-year-old Robert Scott and 30-year-old Holly Selseotes are both facing numerous charges related to trafficking and firearms.

Both were held for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
