Port Colborne residents will have an opportunity this week to add some colour to the gardens.
The city's upcoming Tulip Bulb giveaway will be held Friday morning at 7:30 at the Port Colborne Farmer's Market. Tulip bulbs will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, with non-perishable food items or donations to Port Cares encouraged.
Each bag will contain 12 bulbs, with a limit of one bag per household.
