Brock University is set to honour Indigenous entrepreneur and advocate Trisha Pitura at its annual Indigenous Leader Speaker Series this week.
Pitura, co-owner and creative director of Canadian lifestyle brand Mini Tipi, will take part in a free online conversation today from noon until 1 p.m.
The university says the series highlights Indigenous leadership in business and community, and will explore Indigenous entrepreneurship, culture and leadership, and how business can be used to elevate Indigenous voices and stories.
