Niagara College is celebrating three employees who have received national recognition through Colleges and Institutes Canada’s 2026 Awards of Excellence.
Dr. Holldrid Odreman earned a Silver Leadership Excellence Award for Faculty, while Maxine Semple received a Silver award for Managerial Staff and Ali Ryder was honoured with a Bronze award for Non-Managerial Staff.
The awards recognize leadership, innovation, and impact across Canada’s public college and institute system, and were presented during a national conference in Ottawa on April 23.
Niagara College says the recipients were recognized for their contributions to student success, cultural and global engagement, and advancing learning both in the classroom and the broader community.
