Survey factors in employee well-being, work culture and professional development
The Town of Lincoln has been named one of HRD Canada's Best Places to Work for 2026.
The national recognition comes after an independent employee survey found high levels of workplace satisfaction, highlighting the Town's focus on employee well-being, professional development and a positive work culture.
Town officials say the award reflects the dedication of staff across the organization.
Lincoln continues to invest in employee wellness, flexible work arrangements, mentoring programs and career development, with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent while delivering quality service to residents.
