More than $9-million in grants received during the last four years
The Town of Fort Erie is looking back on the past four years with the release of its Municipal Council Term in Review Report.
The report highlights major projects, investments and initiatives completed during the 2022 to 2026 council term.
Officials say the town secured more than $9 million in grant funding, advanced infrastructure improvements, approved a new Official Plan and supported economic growth with hundreds of new businesses and housing opportunities.
The report also highlights continued work in health care advocacy, parks, recreation and improving services for residents.
