Police are searching for answers in connection to a serious crash in Welland that sent three people to hospital.
Niagara Regional Police say officers were called just after 1 a.m. Sunday to the area of Broadway and Riverside Drive for a single-vehicle collision.
According to police, a grey Chevrolet Cobalt struck a hydro pole, with two occupants ejected from the vehicle and a third found inside.
An adult man and woman were taken to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries, while a second woman was transported locally with minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with video or dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
