Three people have been arrested in connection with a shooting in St. Catharines last month that left a 39-year-old man injured.

Niagara Regional Police say two men from British Columbia, 46-year-old Phillip England and 35-year-old Devon Le, are facing charges including attempted murder, kidnapping, robbery with a firearm and aggravated assault, while a Niagara Falls man, 54-year-old Joseph Delgobbo, is charged as an accessory after the fact.

Investigators say the suspects were arrested Wednesday in Niagara Falls and Thorold, and officers seized a firearm believed to have been used in the shooting, along with a vehicle for forensic examination.

All three remain in custody and are scheduled to appear for bail hearings today in St. Catharines.
