A St. Catharines man wanted on 19 warrants is facing dozens of additional charges after his arrest by Niagara police.
NRPS says 41-year-old Joshua Stephens was spotted driving in St. Catharines Tuesday before getting out at a business on Fourth Avenue.
Police say officers arrested Stephens just before 12:30pm Tuesday as he tried to get back into the vehicle.
He faces charges including break and enter, dangerous operation, failing to comply with probation, flight from police, vehicle theft, possession of property obtained by crime and resisting arrest.
