Niagara Regional Police have arrested a St. Catharines man following a reported sexual assault.
On Monday, October 6, a woman told police she was standing at Geneva Street and Welland Avenue around 1:30 p.m. when a man walked past her, circled back, and slapped her on the buttocks.
The victim provided a photo of the suspect, which helped officers locate him nearby.
As a result, 22-year-old Brady Burke of St. Catharines was arrested and charged with sexual assault and failing to comply with a probation order.
