Niagara Regional Police have arrested a St. Catharines man in connection to a child sexual abuse investigation.
In October, police began looking into an investigation involving the procurement of child sexual abuse material.
Thursday, NRPS arrested 66-year-old Raymond Barlow, who is now charged with the following:
- Make Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Transmit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Possess Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Agree or Arrange to Commit a Sexual Offence Against a Child under 16 years (Sexual Interference)
Anyone with information is asked to reach out. Barlow is expected to appear in court today.
