St. Catharines residents have a new way to report problems and request City services online.
The City has launched a new Service Request Portal for issues involving roads, parks, trees, signs, property standards and more.
The portal replaces the old Report an Issue form and guides residents through providing the information needed to get their request to the right staff.
Residents can also track the progress of their submission, however any urgent road, water or sewer issues should still be reported by calling Citizens First.
