St. Catharines Farmer's Market gearing up for summer season

The St. Catharines Farmers Market is gearing up for its 2026 summer season with a record number of vendors.

More than 60 vendors will offer fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, meats, and prepared foods as the market expands outdoors beginning Saturday, May 16.

The season kickoff will feature opening remarks from Mat Siscoe at 9 a.m., along with the return of Music in the Square and the Market Discovery Table, featuring family activities and interactive food experiences throughout the summer.

City officials say the market continues to support local farmers, growers, and small businesses while offering residents fresh and affordable food options.
