St. John’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in St. Catharines is collecting donations to support those in need in Ukraine.
Organizers are asking for over-the-counter medications, especially cold and flu remedies and vitamins, along with medical supplies, diapers, hygiene items, and emergency gear like sleeping bags and foil blankets.
Donations can be dropped off at the church on Lakeshore Road, with residents asked to call ahead to confirm hours.
Monetary donations are also being accepted to help purchase supplies in bulk.
