St. Catharines asking for resident feedback on parking citywide

Public meeting to be held June 2 at City Hall

The City of St. Catharines is launching a comprehensive review of its parking services and wants to hear from residents about how to improve the system.

A consultant has been hired to assess parking operations, enforcement, and user experience in high-traffic areas like the downtown core, Lakeside Park, Sunset Beach, and Jones Beach.

Residents are invited to attend a public meeting on Monday, June 2, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Ante Room at City Hall, with a formal presentation in Council Chambers at 5:30pm.

Attendees will have a chance to meet the project team and provide input, while an online survey is also available until June 16th. The city says the survey takes under 10 minutes and will help guide future decisions on signage, payment systems, and overall parking access.
