Ribbon cutting ceremony to be held June 28th
The City of Niagara Falls is celebrating June as Recreation and Parks Month with a special event at MF Ker Park on Saturday, June 28.
The day will feature the official grand opening of six brand-new pickleball courts.
Festivities begin at 11:00 a.m. with a free “Learn to Play Pickleball” session open to all ages.
Instructors and equipment will be provided to help newcomers discover the fast-growing sport.
At 1:00 p.m., a ribbon-cutting ceremony will recognize the contributions of OLG, whose support made the project possible.
Mayor Jim Diodati, City Councillors, and OLG representatives will attend to mark the occasion.
