A second arrest has been made in a Niagara human trafficking investigation.
Niagara Regional Police say 29-year-old Joshua Shirley of St. Catharines was arrested Thursday near Queenston and Niagara streets.
He's charged with trafficking in persons, procuring, uttering threats and forced marriage.
Earlier this week a 26-year-old from London was arrested as part of the same investigation.
Detectives believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information or who may have had contact with Shirley to come forward.
