Sculpture decided for new West Lincoln hospital

The public art sculpture for West Lincoln's new Memorial Hospital will be reflected by its rich agricultural history.

After input from those in the area, including the Grimsby art community, the sculpture will be inspired by the form of a horse.

The theme was chosen to represent independence, endurance, and nobility - qualities that resonate with the history and spirit of the region.

Artist Brandon Vickard will create the piece using stainless steel and bronze from suppliers in Southern Ontario.
