Several Welland roads will be closed to through traffic on Sunday as the city hosts the 2026 Rose Festival Parade.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., King Street between Division Street and East Main Street, and East Main Street between King Street and Hellems Avenue, will be closed, weather permitting.
A detour will be in place using Crowland Avenue, Southworth Street, Humberstone Road, Townline Tunnel Road, Prince Charles Drive and Thorold Road.
Officials note there will be no through access for residents, businesses or emergency services during the closure.
