REACH Niagara is bringing healthcare directly to people experiencing homelessness through street outreach, shelter-based clinics and community services.
The organization also connects people with housing support, meal programs and ongoing medical care.
Demand is growing, with the number of people served jumping from 288 in 2022 to 10,590 in 2025.
Last year, REACH also helped prevent 356 emergency department visits, avoiding an estimated $137,000 in costs.
The public can support the organization through The Loudest Silent Auction, running until October 22nd.
Proceeds help fund healthcare, outreach and support services across Niagara.
