Serving 4 year sentence for drug trafficking
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is seeking the public’s help in locating Andre Morgan, a federal offender wanted for breaching parole.
Morgan is described as a black male, 34 years old, 5'2" and 140 pounds. He has long black dreadlocks, brown eyes and typically has facial hair.
He also has the tattoos ADM KADM and stars on his left arm.
He is currently serving a 4-year, 5-month sentence for possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Andre is known to frequent Hamilton, Toronto, Niagara Region, and Peel Region.
Anyone with information on Morgan’s whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
