A serious collision has closed the QEW Toronto bound at Glendale Avenue in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The collision happened near Niagara Street in St. Catharines.
The Fort Erie bound lanes are also closed between Niagara Street and Welland Avenue.
Closures are expected to remain in place for approximately four hours while emergency crews respond and investigators remain on scene.
Toronto bound traffic can re-enter the QEW from Niagara Street.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and expect significant delays.
