The Ontario government is expanding Student and Family Support Offices to all 72 school boards across the province.
The offices give parents another way to raise concerns, navigate more complicated education issues and get help finding solutions.
Families are encouraged to first work with their child’s teacher and principal, with the support offices handling matters that need to be escalated.
Parents can find contact information through their local school board’s website.
