A fourth arrest has been made in an ongoing human trafficking investigation in Niagara.
Niagara Regional Police say 18-year-old Chaundre Richards of Port Colborne was arrested Saturday at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport with help from the Canada Border Services Agency and the Sûreté du Québec.
He's charged with human trafficking, procuring, uttering threats, forced marriage and procuring a feigned marriage.
Investigators believe there could be more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
