Police investigating serious West Lincoln fire, over $700K in damages estimated

A suspicious fire in West Lincoln is being investigated by police. 

Around 2:30am Thursday, an unoccupied home under renovation caught fire, with damages exceeding $700,000.

The property was equipped with surveillance cameras, which captured two suspects on the property shortly before the fire erupted.

Based on their investigation, detectives have determined that the fire was intentionally set between 2:01 a.m. and 2:16 a.m.

Investigators are asking residents in the area to review their home surveillance footage and anyone who was driving in the area at the time to review dash camera footage.
