Niagara Regional Police are investigating an indecent act in Lincoln.
Officers say a man driving a red sedan pulled up beside a victim on Menno Street on June 16 and committed an indecent act.
Police have arrested and charged 34-year-old Nicolas Gauthier of Lincoln with indecent act.
Detectives believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
