An attempted bank robbery in Wainfleet is being investigated by police.
Just after 4:30pm Wednesday police say three men showed up at the bank in masks, one of them with a gun, were stopped at the front foyer of the bank by security systems before fleeing the scene.
Police have released descriptions of the three suspects:
Suspect 1: Black Male, approximately 20 years old, medium build. Wearing a black face covering, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants
Suspect 2: Black Male, approximately 20 years old, short with thin build. Wearing a black face covering, black jacket with grey inner hood, black pants, black running shoes.
Suspect 3: White Male, approximately 20 years old. Wearing a black face covering, grey hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, white shoes.
