Police continue search for stolen trailer and two suspects

Niagara Regional Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a utility trailer reported in Niagara Falls this summer.

Around 11:30 p.m. on July 11, a 2018 Haulmark HMV double-axle trailer was stolen from the area of Queen Street and Ontario Avenue.

The 18-20-foot white and black trailer, with Ontario plate Z1153R, contained business equipment including blowers, cords, dollies, and assorted tools worth more than $15,000, while the trailer itself is worth $10,000.

Police say the suspects were driving a Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup truck with racks. One suspect is described as white, about 5’7”, heavy build, bald, and wearing sandals. The second suspect is white, about 5’10”, thin build, wearing a white hoodie, shorts, white running shoes, and a baseball cap, with a large tattoo on his lower left leg.
