About 1,000 Brock University graduands will celebrate the next step in their lives at Fall Convocation this Friday.
Two ceremonies are planned for 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the Ian D. Beddis Gymnasium.
Mary Jo Haddad, the former president and CEO of SickKids hospital, will deliver the morning address and receive an honorary doctorate.
The university will also present its Governor General’s Silver Medals to top undergraduate students Krishna Patel and Geoffrey Jensen.
The Spirit of Brock medals will go to Makayla Finn and Mario Berro for their leadership and community involvement.
