Niagara Regional Police say the suspect in a homicide investigation at Charles Daley Park may have fled the country.
Police say 27-year-old Manpreet Singh of Brampton is the primary suspect in the death of 27-year-old Amanpreet Saini, whose body was discovered at the park last week.
Singh is wanted on charges for second degree murder, however police believe he fled the country when the victim's bodhy was discovered.
Police say this is believed to have been a targeted attack with no ongoing threat to public safety.
