Niagara police are investigating an early-morning break-in at a gas station and convenience store in Wellandport.
Officers were called to the business near Canborough Road and Wellandport Road around 2:35 Wednesday morning, after two suspects allegedly stole several items from inside.
Police say the suspects fled in a black hatchback, heading west on Canborough Road, and a witness reported seeing one of them carrying what appeared to be a firearm.
Both suspects were wearing balaclavas and dark clothing, and detectives are asking anyone who may have information about the suspects or vehicle to contact police.
