Niagara Regional Police are turning to the public as they investigate an assault involving pepper spray in Niagara Falls.
The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on February 15, near Buckeye Crescent.
Police say a taxi picked up a man and woman near Fallsview Boulevard casino and drove them to the location, where they left without paying.
When the driver confronted them, the male suspect allegedly used pepper spray before the pair fled on foot.
Both suspects are described as white and in their 20s.
Police have been unable to identify them and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
