Niagara Regional Police have arrested a man in connection to a murder investigation in Lincoln.
On July 17th, police say 82-year-old Larry Pearce was hit by his own vehicle and later died, while Davy Rocchetti was first named as a witness, and then a suspect.
Pearce's SUV was later found in flames in Mississauga as police continued their search for Rocchetti.
Yesterday around 7:30pm, Rocchetti was arrested with help from Peel Regional Police and Toronto Police Service and returned to Niagara. He's been charged with second-degree murder.
