NRPS arrest man in connection to St. Catharines trafficking investigation

Niagara Regional Police say a months-long investigation into suspected drug and human trafficking in St. Catharines has led to one arrest.

Officers executed search warrants on a vehicle and a Louth Street address on February 26, seizing suspected fentanyl, hydromorphone, oxycodone and cash.

39-year-old Kraig Salmon is facing drug trafficking and property-related charges.

He has been released with a future court date. Police believe there may be additional witnesses and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
