Scammers requesting e-transfers for vendor slots

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is warning of a scam related to its popular Thanksgiving Festival.

The authority says a frauster is claiming to represent the festival and requesting Interac e-transfers to secure vendor spaces.

NPCA says this sender is not associated with the festival, and reminds that all official emails will come from emails ending in either @NPCA.ca or @NPCF.ca.

Vendor applications for the upcoming festival are closed.
