Plans for meaningful community engagement are underway
The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is clarifying the status of the former hospital property at 176 Wellington Street.
A recent newspaper advertisement promoting a proposed development at this location was not coordinated with the Town and is not part of any official municipal planning or public consultation.
No decisions have been made regarding the future of the site.
The property remains in the early stages of a formal consultation process led by Town Staff in collaboration with a third-party consultant.
