Niagara Region has earned national recognition for its work connecting with residents.
The Region’s 2026 Budget Campaign received a gold award at the Canadian Public Relations Society’s National Awards of Excellence, recognized in the Best Special Events Projects, Medium Budget category.
The campaign was designed to gather feedback from residents across Niagara’s 12 municipalities.
More than 1,000 pieces of input were collected, helping identify key themes that were shared with Regional Council during the budget process.
