Niagara Parks has unveiled the 2026 plan for the Municipal Accommodation Tax, aimed at promoting Niagara Falls and supporting local events, conventions, and city improvements.
Key initiatives include marketing to visitors from Ontario, Quebec, and the U.S., funding festivals like Winter Festival of Lights and the Salsa Festival, attracting new conventions, and enhancing the city’s tourism services and infrastructure.
Stakeholders will meet April 15 at Niagara Falls Tourism Connect to kick off the year and track MAT investments.
