UPDATE: Niagara Regional Police have lifted the hold and secure, deeming an overnight threat not credible.
Niagara Health is asking residents to avoid its Fort Erie sit this morning, as it's currently under a hold and secure.
The health authority says this is at the request of Niagara Regional Police, which is responding to a potential threat. Niagara Health does add that this is out of an abundance of caution,
Patients are still being cared for at the site.
