Ranking jumped from 108th to 9th
Niagara Health is being recognized once again as one of Canada's Best Employers for Company Culture by Forbes.
The hospital system jumped from 108th to ninth in this year's rankings, marking its second straight year on the list.
Niagara Health President and CEO Lynn Guerriero says the recognition reflects the organization's commitment to supporting staff while preparing for the future, including the South Niagara Hospital and the transition to a three-site model.
The ranking is based on anonymous employee surveys measuring workplace culture, fairness, inclusivity and opportunities for growth.
